The Rotary Club of Georgetown Central and residents of the East Ruimveldt community in Georgetown, Guyana collaborated on an Information Technology training programme in 2010. Some of the participants were early school leavers. The Rotary Club had been engaging in literacy and other programmes to increase the skills of the community members. In this series of relfections, two of the participants Michelle Chin and Charmeain Richardson talk about the programme, and the trainer Lynette Fraser talks about the skills needed to ensure successful adult learning
