Open Source technologies provide great opportunities for the development of the Caribeban. At the same time, it is recognised that there is a need for awareness and for building of skills and human resources to deploy some of these technologies.

We look forward to sharing our knowledge and ideas about how to leverage the potential of open source technologies in the Caribbean.
